I've gotta say, I'm pretty damned proud of this one.  I made it from scratch, by hand.  I bought a pattern and cloth and everything needed, and set to sewing.  My blood, sweat, and tears went into this outfit (literally..) ....then I washed it and it shrunk... ~_~  But that was after I wore it to Otakon, so it's not too horrible.  I do want to do the cosplay again, and though the outfit isn't completely unwearable, it just doesn't look right anymore, so I'll probably do it all over again... ~_~  ::sigh::  But that's ok.  Since I don't have any current set plans to wear it soon, I can take my time and slack off and do it just whenever.. ^^*
