This one was really easy.  ^,^  Just bought pants (men's, baggy style) from Anchor Blue, and a short sleeved button up shirt from The Goodwill Store.  Unfortunately, all the shirts they had were way way big, so I had to take it in a little and shorten the sleeves.  ^^  Then I added the stripe around the sleeves with ribbon and painted on the school symbol with fabric paint.  The tie was a bit more difficult, since the only ties that can be bought in stores are silk and I didn't want to have that kind of material (especially if I was going to be painting on it).  So I got some cloth and made a tie.  ^^  It turned out really good!  ^__^  Then I used fabric paint to put on the little details.  I used my old glasses (forgot to put them on for pic up above), which were the right shape and size....but I lost them somewhere on the way home from AX....  ~_~  For Yaoi-con I ended up getting cheapy sunglasses and popping out the lens.  ^^  I looked like such an uber dork...but I had my To-ya!  ^__^
